Tried in 2014, I came back in 2015, again for work. Nice and well-trained staff. Good service. Modern, clean and cozy rooms. Right price. Excellent three stars.
The Universal Hotel wants to be just that: a pleasant place where every time you come back, you can find always a warm welcoming smile and a nice, well cleaned room with soothing colors, a good bed to sleep well and the right technology to work. And then, a rich breakfast in the morning, a restaurant with typical dishes and also, a fantastic, fully equipped wellness center.
