The Universal Hotel is part of the "Eating Out network", a special project promoted by the Italian Celiac Association.

Therefore, a special attention is given to provide for celiac disease sufferers, who can now taste delicious dishes from custom-made safe menus. Every dish is prepared with selected gluten free ingredients, with the aim to offer our guest a safe yet enjoyable tasting experience!
